The project involved crucial areas for developing a business proposal, including conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis, performing competitive analysis, formulating a marketing strategy, and establishing the IT infrastructure. I led the team and oversaw project management responsibilities, as well as the design process, which included wireframing and creating high-fidelity mockups of the website. Throughout the semester, my team presented our business idea at different stages, including lightning talks, progress reports, presentations with demos, and a final report showcasing the website or app mock-up.
